Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure exceptional service and resident care. Efficiently manage all department operations, ensuring smooth functioning, strict compliance with collective agreements, and optimized fiscal resource allocation. Implement and maintain policies to uphold industry standards and regulations while achieving financial targets with maximum operational efficiency. Drive sales and occupancy, promoting the residence within the local market to meet and exceed occupancy targets. Set and monitor targets for employee engagement, resident satisfaction, audits, occupancy rates, and net operating profit. Build strong relationships with employees, residents and their families, fostering open communication and continuous improvement. Your Experience Minimum of five (5) years management experience, preferably in senior living, hotel, or hospitality industry. Experience managing a multidisciplinary team in a unionised environment. Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends as required). Strong understanding of business planning and processes. Proven track record of achieving marketing, sales, and financial goals. Must provide a complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) within the last six months or be willing to obtain one.
