Responsibilities We’re seeking an Executive Director with strong operations leadership experience in hospitality. You’ll oversee general management of our retirement residence, delivering a superior “More Living” experience to residents. As the Executive Director, you will lead a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development. Your expertise in recruiting, training, and mentoring will ensure exceptional service and resident care. As the operations strategist you’ll efficiently manage all department operations, ensure smooth functioning, strict compliance with collective agreements, and optimized fiscal resource allocation. You’ll implement policies to uphold industry standards while achieving financial targets. As the sales champion you will promote the residence within the local market and drive occupancy. As the financial performance expert you’ll set and monitor targets for employee engagement, resident satisfaction, audits, occupancy rates, and net operating profit. As the customer service advocate you’ll build strong relationships with employees, residents, families, and external stakeholders, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategies to achieve our goals. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong understanding of business planning and processes. Proven track record of achieving marketing, sales, and financial goals.
