This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone who thrives in a smaller‑company environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats while keeping projects, people, and processes running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesManage administrative, account, and file management for active projectsHandle billing and invoicing, including data entry and invoice submissionsPrepare and send quotes for services to clientsFollow up on invoices, payments, contracts, and ongoing jobsSchedule field technicians and service callsAttend daily morning meetings with managers to align on prioritiesMaintain continuous communication with subcontractors, technicians, managers, and third‑party accounting partnersTrack and stay informed on all active projects to ensure smooth executionWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in the fire protection / life safety industry (preferred)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Experience with Adobe / Bluebeam and QuickBooks is an assetBackground in a smaller or growing company, comfortable wearing multiple hatsHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactiveExcellent communication and coordination skillsSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionAdministrative #J-18808-Ljbffr
