OUR STORY

Capstone Asset Management is a Portfolio Manager, Investment Fund Manager, and Exempt Market Dealer active in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, and PEI. Striving to hold to Biblically informed values, we provide full discretionary investment management and individual investment mandates to high-net-worth individuals and families, institutions, pensions, foundations, and family offices.

A Biblical Worldview

Our investment approach is governed by our Biblical worldview, believing the Bible has investment principles applicable to everyone. A Biblically informed philosophy towards our finances is far more encompassing than simple stock screening or traditional “ethical investing.”

Some principles and beliefs we apply regularly to our advice and research include:

  1. Preserve capital and minimize speculation
  2. Do not presume upon the future
  3. Live and give generously
  4. Steward the assets God entrusts to each of us

OUR VALUES

The Chief Financial Officer will contribute to a positive team culture and uphold our standards of excellence, conduct, and principles to safeguard both the integrity and reputation of the business, while driving continuous improvement and innovation. The values of Integrity, Excellence, Contemplation, Service, and a Biblically informed approach form the foundation of our business decisions and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the financial services industry.
  3. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills; CPA designation required.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results.
  6. A commitment to upholding ethical standards and operating with integrity in all business dealings.
  7. Knowledge of Biblical principles and a commitment to incorporating them into leadership and decision-making processes.
