Salary – The full base salary for this position is from $81,000 - $112,500 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity. Initial Posting Close Date – February 5, 2026 About This Opportunity We are recruiting for a Digital Asset Governance & Stewardship Specialist to join our Master Data team. This role is responsible for governing, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy, quality, and consistency of all digital assets used across Coke Canada systems and customer-facing platforms. This includes product images, customer logos, planograms, merchandising visuals, and any digital representation tied to product, customer, or commercial master data. The role will play a foundational part in establishing digital asset governance practices and is expected to evolve in scope as capabilities, platforms, and business needs mature. Responsibilities Establish and maintain governance standards for enterprise digital assets, including product images, customer logos, planograms, and related commercial visuals. Own the quality, accuracy, and consistency of digital assets across internal platforms and external customer-facing channels. Manage digital asset workflows in platforms such as Salsify, supporting GS1- and GRIP-aligned processes where applicable. Apply and maintain metadata, classification, and usage standards to ensure assets are searchable, compliant, and fit for use. Perform quality assurance reviews across internal systems and external retailer or partner sites, coordinating remediation as needed. Partner with Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Digital Shelf, and Allied Brand teams to resolve asset-related issues and align on requirements. Support intake, prioritization, and tracking of digital-asset-related requests using Azure DevOps. Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of digital asset governance practices as platforms and business needs mature. Qualifications Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, digital content, information management, business) is preferred. 3–5 years of experience in digital asset management, product content operations, digital shelf, or data governance roles. Experience working with digital asset platforms such as Salsify, GS1, GRIP, or similar DAM or product content systems (preferred). Experience working with product data attributes and industry standards (e.g., GS1, GDSN, retailer content specifications). Strong understanding of metadata tagging, classification, usage rights, and digital asset lifecycle practices. Demonstrated ability to assess, audit, and reconcile digital assets across multiple internal systems and external customer or retailer platforms. Experience managing work intake, workflows, or issue tracking using tools such as Azure DevOps or similar platforms. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Digital Shelf, and Technology teams. Experience working with external partners, retailers, or brand teams on content or asset-related initiatives.
