What is the Role? Step into the heart of innovation as a Data Analyst for this groundbreaking project. In this hybrid role, blend the energy of office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Your background in full-cycle payroll processing or finance-side analysis and reporting will set the stage for success. But what truly sets you apart is your Dayforce implementation and/or payroll expertise, driving transformation and unlocking insights that propel business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in defining data requirements, paving the way for seamless Dayforce implementation and payroll system enhancement.
  • Dive deep into data, meticulously gathering, validating, and analyzing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Harness the power of data cleansing and transformation, ensuring consistency and integrity throughout.
  • Craft compelling data models, reports, and dashboards, painting a vivid picture of key insights and opportunities.
  • Uncover hidden gems within data, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies that guide strategic process optimization.
  • Tailor your insights to stakeholder needs, collaborating seamlessly with IT teams to ensure flawless system integration.
  • Implement cutting-edge data analysis best practices, revolutionizing payroll processes and driving the future of payroll systems.

Key Qualifications:

  • Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science, you're ready to tackle the challenges ahead.
  • Your proven track record as a data analyst shines, with a focus on Dayforce implementation and/or payroll.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, you're a maestro of data manipulation and analysis.
  • Comfortable navigating database management, warehousing, and integration concepts, you're always ahead of the curve.
  • Your analytical mindset and keen eye for detail are unparalleled, allowing you to interpret complex data and present insights with clarity.
