Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:The Coordinator, Administration provides administrative support to the General Manager with support focused on sales team and office management. This includes organizing meetings, sales reporting and organizing and distributing mail. This role is responsible to check messages from phone line and respond to inquiries from employees, visitors, vendors and the general public.The Coordinator, Administration also assists with the general financial and operating analytics and activities of the organization. They provide support including: preparation of sales and financial reports on a daily/weekly basis, Accounts Payables and Receivables through use of SAP, data entry and PowerPoint presentation creation.Experience supporting Senior Management and Leadership team would be beneficial.ResponsibilitiesProcess complex administrative project assignmentsMaintain various departmental database systems and listsMaintain strict confidentiality on highly sensitive mattersCreate and enter data into spreadsheetsCreate and handle presentations, complex reports, confidential correspondence and filesInterface with customer and maintain internal and external relationshipsCoordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and maintain department calendarAdminister programs, projects and or processes specific to the operating unit servedScribe as required to document meeting minutes and action itemsCreate accounts, submit pricing and orderingPrice adjustments through Price Deviation Request (PDR) toolCreation of various spreadsheets/tracking reportsMiscellaneous admin requests as requiredQualificationsRelated post‑secondary education or equivalent experience required1+ years of experience in an office admin/executive assistant roleDemonstrated experience in coordinating projectsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) applicationsSAP knowledge an assetAbout Us: Proudly Canadian and Independently Owned, We are Coke CanadaCoca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is Canada’s premier bottling company.
