Key functions relating to training include the development, booking, tracking, and managing of employee training. Key functions relating to HSE include managing third party contractor systems, performance tracking and reporting, organizing meetings, developing communications, and other duties which require a high degree of detail.BenefitsComprehensive Health and Dental planRRSP MatchingEmployee Referral ProgramEmployee preferred fuel pricing programCareer advancement opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee discounts at participating vendorsJob DutiesSchedule and coordinate new hire onboarding training, including internal and 3rd party programsAccurate and timely electronic uploading and filing of completed training certificationsWork closely with logistics, field trainers, HR, and applicable hiring managers throughout the employee onboarding experience to ensure information is provided to applicable stakeholdersSchedule requested on-going safety training programs for existing employeesUpdate existing training to incorporate new trends, best practices, and or legislative requirementsCreate new training guides and quizzes as requiredActively monitor training compliance and work with organizational leaders to address gapsMaintain a list of preferred vendors meeting DFI training standardsCollaborate with subject matter experts in the creation of training programsManage third party contractor management systems (i.e., ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, Avetta)Manage document control requirements for HSE related materialComplete HSE component of the contractor approval process and maintain a listing of approval statusParticipate in and track office related safety activitiesAdminister SDS management systemInput required data into the HSE software systemMaintain, analyze, and report HSE/Fleet Safety related metricsAssist in development and implementation of HSE and Fleet related software/ applications to meet organizational needsParticipate in and support health and safety committeesCollaborate with other members of the team to accomplish HSE goals and objectivesPrepare HSE related communicationsAssist in preparation of safety related materials for corporate meetingsMaintain and distribute various HSE Toolbox resources focused on improving the awareness of employeesQualificationsExperience in the administration of safety or training systems is an assetHealth and Safety Administrator certificate is an assetDetail oriented with accurate data entry and analysis skillsEffective time managementProficient in Microsoft Office software and mobile applicationsStrong work ethic, positive, client-focused attitude with professionalismStrong organization, planning and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
