Compliance Specialist – Pinchin Pinchin Ltd. is recruiting a full‑time Compliance Specialist to support the Finance & Administration department across Atlantic Canada, Ontario and Manitoba. This role is remote or hybrid and provides direct backup to the Security Clearances team with additional ad hoc duties.

Responsibilities

Vendor Onboarding – Respond to vendor onboarding requests, evaluate submissions, enter setups into Vision, liaise with Accounts Payable, track WSIB/WCB compliance, and maintain accurate records. Client Onboarding – Handle client requests efficiently, compile pre‑qualification documentation, interact with clients for SharePoint/Vision setup, review engagement criteria, manage the Client Grove database, streamline processes, and coordinate with internal departments. Insurance – Prepare insurance certificates per RFP/Tender documents, work with the insurance broker, and manage WSIB/WCB clearance letters. Security Clearances – Assist the Security Clearances Team with employee and organization security clearance maintenance, ensuring compliance with company, government and client requirements.

Qualifications

Good understanding of insurance and risk mitigation or strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent judgement, critical thinking, and independent work ability with acceptable supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills and post‑secondary education; minimum 5 years of administration experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Eligibility for PWGSC Secret (Level II) Security Clearance and PSPC Controlled Goods Program certification. Confidentiality and professional manner required.
