Responsibilities Be the primary consultant on 3–5 clients at any time, serving as their systems expert, business advisor, and chief driver of process efficiencies Be comfortable working with senior executives and functional leaders regularly Become an expert on the NetSuite application Work directly with customers to understand, validate, and document their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality Take responsibility for solution delivery, including requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user training Support clients on the overall design and implementation of their enterprise architecture Design, build, and test system integrations between client business systems Support ongoing maintenance and management of integration projects Travel to client locations as needed Qualifications 3–5 years in a professional services, functional or technical consulting role – preferably in ERP, CRM or e‑commerce Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS), IT, software or specific business models (e.g., distribution, manufacturing, retail, media & advertising) implementations A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience Experience on the NetSuite platform is highly recommended Proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable and referenceable customer relationships Ability to think strategically and align client business pain points to solution options and implementation approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and deal with changing priorities Familiarity with cloud computing technologies Location and Salary Toronto, Ontario, Canada – CA$90,000.00–CA$200,000.00 All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
