This role will be responsible for overseeing the administration, optimization, and expansion of our NetSuite OneWorld environment, including managing integrations, onboarding acquisitions, and advanced financial functionality such as Multi-Book Accounting, Intercompany Management, and Consolidations. You will manage the NetSuite Administrator(s) and serve as the primary subject matter expert for the business, acting as the bridge between Finance, Operations, Technology, and external partners.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & StrategyLead the global NetSuite practice, overseeing administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancements.Manage and mentor a team of NetSuite Administrators, providing guidance, prioritization, and career development.Serve as the primary NetSuite subject matter expert and advisor to Finance, Operations, and Technology leadership.Champion innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, including AI and RPA, to identify opportunities for advanced automation of both system and human processes.Drive the NetSuite roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with business strategy and growth initiatives.System Implementation & OptimizationLead integration of acquired companies into the NetSuite OneWorld instance, ensuring smooth transitions and harmonized financial processes.Oversee configuration and deployment of NetSuite features and modules (e.g., Advanced Financials, Multi-Book, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition).Partner with Finance and operational teams to streamline processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, etc.Ensure the system is optimized for scalability, compliance, and efficiency.Business Process & Stakeholder EngagementDevelop a holistic understanding of end-to-end operational processes to optimize and configure the system for operational efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting.Translate business requirements into technical solutions within NetSuite.Partner with Finance teams to ensure financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance requirements are met.Continuously identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, workflow automation, and process efficiency.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messaging for finance, operations, executives, and technical teams.Technical ExpertiseHands-on involvement in NetSuite configuration, including workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and integrations.Lead the evaluation, implementation, and management of NetSuite partner solutions and SuiteApps to extend platform functionality and drive efficiency.Maintain system integrity, ensuring controls and best practices are followed.Qualifications7+ years of NetSuite experience, including OneWorld, Multi-Book, Intercompany, and Global Consolidations.CPA, CMA, or equivalent strong accounting background is preferred.Proven track record of leading NetSuite implementations, optimizations, and M&A integrations.Deep understanding of financial processes and ERP best practices.Experience with the broader NetSuite ecosystem, including evaluation and integration of third-party solutions for functions such as AP automation, expense management, and treasury management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.Proven project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery to deployment.Our promise to each otherAn inclusive, collaborative environment where your voice mattersA remote first environmentThe tools and opportunities you need to grow and developEvery opportunity to own your successWhat you bringYour authentic self, everydayYour best work, from anywhereAn appetite for learning, curiosity, and a growth mindsetMotivation, initiative and the mind of an entrepreneurHow to applyIf you're interested in working with us on the future of shopping, fill out the fields below and submit your application.
