Key Responsibilities Own site performance including staffing, inventory, service delivery, and financial targets Act as the accountable pharmacy leader in accordance with provincial regulations and professional standards Ensure safe, compliant medication management and accurate prescription processing and billing Lead a patient-focused care model rooted in evidence-based practice Partner with internal clinics and external stakeholders to support continuity of care and patient growth Monitor quality events and implement improvements to enhance safety and efficiency Build, schedule, and develop a high-performing pharmacy team Drive adherence to policies, procedures, and operational standards What You Bring Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (or higher) Active registration and good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; leadership exposure preferred Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Comfort working in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment Compensation OTE 170k-190k per year To support a fair and efficient hiring experience, we may use AI‑assisted tools for administrative tasks like note‑taking or scheduling.
