Conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.Device Design: While there is a product design team in Korea, you will have the authority to modify designs to ensure the best user experience if needed.Web Enhancement: Improve our current single-page website by making it more informative and user-friendly.Overall Design Needs including CI & BI Management: Improve existing brand guidelines to ensure uniformity across all brand touchpoints, including document formatting and online content.■ Knowledge and Skills:Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.3+ years of experience in design, with a portfolio showcasing your skills in UX/UI design.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, or similar.Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts, ideas, and rationale to team members and stakeholders using both verbal and visual means.■ Valuable Skills Include:Conversational proficiency in Korean.Experience in both device design and app design.
