We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Hand Solder / Electronics Assembler to join our fast-paced production environment. If you’re IPC certified and eager to dive into hands-on work with cutting-edge components, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This position pays $20/hr, is an immediate start and located in the Markham area Straight day shift: 8:30AM-5PM. ResponsibilitiesPerform hand soldering on a variety of PCB assemblies in accordance with IPC standards.Assemble and inspect electronic components and circuit boards with a strong attention to detail.Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.Conduct rework and repair of PCB assemblies as needed.Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure top-notch production output. QualificationsIPC Certification (Class 2 or 3) is required.Experience with PCBs and electronic component assembly is a must.Degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering or a related field (recent graduates are welcome).Strong manual dexterity and attention to fine details.Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, team-based environment.
