**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assemble wire harnesses according to specifications and schematics
- Perform soldering tasks as required for electrical connections
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to complete assemblies
- Conduct quality inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in manufacturing or electrical assembly, specifically with wire harnesses
- Familiarity with PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly and surface mount technology
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
- Proficient in using calipers, ohmmeters, and other measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in hand tools and power tools
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Previous experience in soldering techniques is preferred
- Electrical experience is highly desirable
