Our team has an immediate internship opening for a Researcher.

Responsibilities:

  • Producing regularly surveys and analyses of fundamental and applied AI advances and trends.
  • Contributing to brainstorming, designing, and experimenting of innovative ideas in AI.
  • Contributing to collaboration with university professors, researchers and students.
  • Contributing to open source projects.
  • Writing and publishing academic papers.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Graduate student (PhD preferred) in computer science or related fields with a focus on AI research.
  • Publications at conferences such as NIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI, ACL, CoRL, ICRA, IROS, RSS, etc.
  • Published survey on an area of fundamental or applied AI is an asset.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Working proficiency in languages other than English is an asset.
  • Hands-on experience in Python, C/C++, R, Julia, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MindSpore, Keras, etc.
  • Experience building large scale machine learning solutions is an asset.
  • Background in cognitive science, psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, or applied fields is an asset.
  • Working or internship experience at industry research labs or technology companiesis an asset.
