Superintendent – Special Projects
We’re partnering with a well-established general contractor recognized for delivering high-quality projects across commercial, institutional, and infrastructure sectors. Known for its collaborative culture and technical expertise, this organization has a dedicated Special Projects division focused on smaller-scale, complex builds, many involving advanced mechanical and electrical systems. As an Entry-Level Superintendent , you’ll support site operations and ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with experienced leaders, gaining exposure to all aspects of construction management while developing a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical scopes.

Assist with daily site coordination, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
Enforce safety standards and monitor compliance on-site.
Track progress and quality against project specifications.
Communicate effectively with project teams and trade partners.
Previous site experience or exposure to construction projects is an asset.
Electrical background or familiarity with mechanical/electrical systems is a strong advantage.

Work on technically challenging projects that accelerate learning.
