Job Overview NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included. Fixed Term Post This is a Fixed term post for 12 months. The shift pattern for this post is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Role A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as part of a team delivering an accurate, efficient and confidential travel service to NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde, The State Hospital, National Waiting Times Centre, NHS Western Isles, NHS 24 and three local hospices. This includes the provision of advice and guidance to managers, HR colleagues and staff members in the application and interpretation of national, local and Agenda for Change Terms & Conditions, policies, procedures and statutory regulations relating to expense claims. Responsibilities Process staff expense claims accurately and efficiently. Provide advice and guidance on national, local and Agenda for Change Terms & Conditions, policies, procedures and statutory regulations relating to expense claims. Support travel service delivery for listed NHS organizations. Qualifications Proficiency in processing staff expense claims.
