About the Role: BMV seeks an experienced Thin Film Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the optics industry. Responsibilities: Design and deposition of thin film coatings Maintenance of vacuum deposition chambers and related equipment Measurement and testing of thin film coatings Training, scheduling, and working with other departments within BMV Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the precision optics industry. Experience in thin film design Experience with cryogenic and diffusion pumping systems as well as operation of deposition systems in a fast‑paced production environment.
