The Health Access Expansion Project will focus on expanding the existing Health Access St. James Town model to surrounding neighbourhoods.This initiative aims to create and improve access to health care and other community support services by coordinating and aligning with client health care needs, including equitable pandemic response and sustainable healthcare response to residents, specifically those who are facing multiple barriers to health care and social supports, with a focus on black and indigenous populations.The Community Outreach Worker will be mainly responsible for community engagement and outreach initiatives.
