OverviewSenior SAP / Ariba cloud on-demand consultant.Experience: 8–10 yearsLocation: Candidates based in Ottawa are strongly preferred; remote within Canada is acceptableDuration: 6+ MonthsResponsibilitiesImplement and deploy SAP Ariba based supplier relationship management and procurement solutions (technology solutions that manage the methods and processes of modern corporate or institutional buying).Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.Manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within IPS Organization.Responsible for leading Ariba On-demand implementation and/or operationsResponsible for implementing the following Ariba Modules: Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management and Procure-to-PayResponsible for team meetings and status reportingResponsible for risk and issue resolution managementResponsible for providing information to determine future state business process, configurations, etc.Coordinates activities across vendors and Project delivery team for functional and technical solution delivery.Ability to lead business process design workshops/discussionsEnsure readiness and manage test activities (PT, SIT, and UAT)Manage defects and Change Request for operational supportCollaborate with SAP and/or other product and service vendorsMinimum of 10+ years of professional experience working with large IT ERP programs.Minimum of 5+ years of experience and knowledge of SAP Ariba on-demandBasic QualificationsProficient level of experience and knowledge of SAP AribaProficient level of experience with SAP Ariba NetworkProficient level of SAP-Ariba Sourcing and Contract Management, SLP, and Procurement.Business Consultant professionals to analyze, design and/or develop best practice and business changes through technology solutionsGood understanding of SAP Ariba Procure to Pay integration with ERP Financial modules and processHas Reliability Clearance in CanadaPreferred QualificationsStrong functional, technical and integration skills.Strong understanding of end to end Procure to Pay processes.Strong industry knowledge in Public SectorProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentPrior consulting experience in process design, SAP Ariba advisory and implementation #J-18808-Ljbffr
