SAP SD Support Consultant

We are looking to hire an experienced SAP SD Consultant, to support our growing SAP practice and our existing projects as per following job description. Job Description SAP Sales and Distribution Support Consultant is responsible for the on-going support for SD module and demonstrate in depth knowledge and expertise on its integration on SAP FI and MM module. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to the top management of the client and confidently and independently drive meetings with the senior client team members. Experience in Logistic industry for entire OTC process is mandatory to understand SAP business requirements and provide solutions to their ongoing production issues to Sales and Distribution module. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues related to order management, outbound delivery, shipping documents, billing, and transportation. Handle Level 2 support tickets escalated from business/end-users and Level 1 support teams. Monitor IDocs and resolve integration issues between SAP and 3rd-party logistics/carrier systems. Support configuration of SD modules including pricing, shipping points, delivery scheduling, and transportation planning. Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. MM, WM, FI) to support end-to-end SD and logistics processes and demonstrate deep understandings with other modules as well. Create and update functional specifications for enhancements, reports, or interfaces as needed. Assist in testing of system changes, bug fixes, and transport requests for SD. Document solutions and maintain up-to-date SOPs and user guides. Demonstrate good knowledge of SD functional configuration in SPRO and other areas as applicable for troubleshooting of production issues. Plans and leads performance, stress and other capacity testing scenarios on the SAP landscape and the management of transport requests. Deliver reach consulting skills to higher management standards in addressing their pain points, Prepare detailed presentations and procedure documents, and train the teams as needed Lead the functional modules, demonstrate industry knowledge and experience. Proven skills on use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS power point, MS project, MS Visio tools. Work Experience 8+ years of experience delivering support for SAP SD module in large SAP environment, preferably within logistics and/or supply chain industry. Minimum 3 project full SAP lifecycle implementation experience. Valid SAP SD certification in ECC/ERP or S/4 HANA. (Certification must not be older than 3 years) Good knowledge of translating ABAP, Custom Reports, LSMW, Background Jobs, Material Management (MM), Finance and Controlling (FICO) and other SAP functional areas. Critical thinker and capable to work under pressure situations with tight deadlines. Ability to manage workload on various levels and effectively multitask. Demonstrated project management skills in the design, development, and implementation of large-scale projects. Ability to facilitate collaboration with internal and external groups to ensure participation of key stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal skills Qualifications Must be able to work in Eastern Time Zone (EST) remotely for Canadian Client.
