Senior Advisor in Planning at the Real Estate Department A career as a Senior Advisor in Planning at National Bank means being responsible for supporting, prioritizing, and coordinating real‑estate projects that impact our entire portfolio. In this role you will optimize processes, lead with positivity, and manage priorities effectively to drive positive impact across the organization. Responsibilities Deploy the real‑estate project planning strategy in collaboration with business sectors. Participate in needs analysis, propose layout scenarios, and contribute to maximizing the use of spaces according to business objectives. Advise and support partners in identifying needs and deploying real‑estate projects. Stay up to date with industry best practices and continuously improve the planning process. Anticipate and resolve issues efficiently and follow up with partners to ensure common objectives are achieved. Contribute to enhancing user experience while ensuring financial objectives are met. Team The real‑estate business strategy sector comprises several experts working in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner. Your team will consist of two planning advisors, one market development advisor, and one principal advisor, reporting to the Senior Director and collaborating with internal experts. Together, we develop the strategy and planning for real‑estate projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field with six years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in a related field with four years of relevant experience. Experience in needs analysis, space planning, and layout. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and establish credibility with senior executives across business sectors. Comfortable in a role of influence and stakeholder management. Excellent synthesis skills at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills.
