Salary: $60,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits

Responsibilities
- 1. Provide high-quality administrative and legal support to lawyers and partners in their daily tasks.
- 2. Coordinate and structure work according to established deadlines.
- 3. Manage emails, calendars, and appointments for lawyers and partners; organize client meetings and other engagements.
- 4. Draft preliminary versions of rollover forms and/or CDCs for review.
- 5. Proofread and edit various documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- 6. Accurately and efficiently transcribe dictated materials.
- 7. Open new files, track ongoing cases, and compile relevant information.
- 8. Draft and organize engagement letters.
- 9. Handle billing processes and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- 10. Follow up on various client requests and ensure they are addressed.
- 11. Communicate with clients when necessary to answer questions or clarify information.
- 12. Prepare and structure documents related to time entries.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial law.
- High level of bilingualism (French/English), both oral and written.
- Effective communication skills with clients and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to follow directives with autonomy and initiative.
