Full-stack understanding spanning frontend, backend, data, infrastructure Knowledge of common web, API, database, and queue patterns Basic product development and UI/UX design awareness Strong communication and collaborative learning-oriented mindset Ability to write effective prompts and refine outcomes Use customer discovery, full-stack judgment, and AI-assisted delivery to solve problems and ship useful Remitly products.
