As an AI Native Software Engineer II, you direct AI agents to create products and solutions across your team’s product area. You translate needs into specifications, build applications and automations, and carry solutions through deployment. You also participate in customer conversations, identify automation opportunities, and improve outcomes through instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand acute customer problems through customer conversations
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation
- Build and ship end-to-end applications and basic agents
- Translate requirements into buildable product specifications
- Iterate solutions using usage and outcome data
Requirements:
- Full-stack understanding spanning frontend, backend, data, infrastructure
- Knowledge of common web, API, database, and queue patterns
- Basic product development and UI/UX design awareness
- Strong communication and collaborative learning-oriented mindset
- Ability to write effective prompts and refine outcomes
Use customer discovery, full-stack judgment, and AI-assisted delivery to solve problems and ship useful Remitly products.
