Senior Manager - Flights Marketing (Bangkok-based, relocation provided) Agoda is a global travel technology company that connects travelers with accommodations, flights, and experiences. Founded in 2005, Agoda employs over 7,000 people from 90 countries and is part of Booking Holdings. The Performance Marketing Team at Agoda is data‑driven and focused on scalable marketing programs that improve customer lifetime value. Responsibilities Define marketing strategy for the Flights vertical (outside of pricing). Spearhead development, execution, and optimization of Agoda’s Flights business across channels such as CRM and paid performance marketing. Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights. Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions. Partner closely with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and flights supply teams to identify opportunities and interpret trends using SQL, Tableau, and other tools. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to senior management. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers; participate in hiring and onboarding new team members. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, economics, or finance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and impactful recommendations. Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies such as SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations. Stakeholder management experience and proven commercial acumen. People management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing team members. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a get‑thing‑done attitude. Nice to Have Experience in digital or social media marketing. Experience in the online travel or e‑commerce industry.
