We are building Tripura, an intelligent breathing coach to help people committed to improving their lives, by addressing daily physical, emotional and mindset challenges, such as keeping focus, decreasing stress and managing anxiety. Ever since discovering the power of ancient breathing techniques to recover her lost voice after a serious accident, the CEO is on a mission to share the benefits of proper breathing to the world. She envisioned a breathing coach manifested as an avatar guiding users through customized breathing sessions helping them achieve specific wellness goals. In addition to offering an extensive library of ancient breathing techniques, Tripura will measure the breath quality and pulse, and adapt the sessions based on this biofeedback. Starting with a mobile application, and expanding to immersive experiences from corporate and living rooms to collective sensory experiences. The vision for Tripura, the intelligent breathing coach, is to become an interactive and immersive multimedia experience via biometric data processing. Job Description As we are growing, we are looking for someone leading the development team, under the direction of our Chief Technological Officer. You will be in charge of ensuring that the development team follows the internal processes and produces code meeting our quality requirements and implementing the requested features in a timely manner. You like being part of a challenging and innovative environment, and enjoy building teams and internal processes. You are able to prototype and explore ideas quickly, and to guide and give advice to the other members of the development team. You will actively take part in the recruitment process of the members of the team that will report to you. For nearly all of the development fields of the company, you can justify several years of experience in or a good understanding of its specificity and its challenges: data security, backend development, multimedia application, game development, pipeline for content creation. We are a small team, so you’ll be part of the entire product building process, from conception to development. Qualifications Requirements Experience with Unity3D (3+ years of experience) Experience with React Native (2+ year of experience) Multimedia or 3D-rendering development (2+ years of experience) Experience with Agile development (2+ years experience) Automation and unit tests (2+ years experience) Able to write modular and quality code Passionate about helping people Team-oriented worker Frameworks and tools React Native, HTML5/CSS, JS frameworks (nodeJS, jquery,...)
