They are looking to add a Senior Accountant or Manager to their assurance and advisory team — someone who enjoys leading client engagements, mentoring staff, and contributing to firm growth. This role offers the autonomy to manage client portfolios while working closely with partners who value initiative and professional development. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and review audit, review, and compilation engagements for owner‑managed businesses and non‑profits. Prepare and review corporate, personal, and trust tax returns. Supervise and coach junior and intermediate accountants, providing technical guidance and workflow support. Manage multiple client files and ensure all engagements meet professional and firm standards. Develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted business advisor. Identify opportunities to improve client service, efficiency, and profitability. Qualifications CPA designation (CA, CMA, or CGA) required. Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in public accounting. Strong technical knowledge of ASPE, ASNFPO, and Canadian taxation. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience with CaseWare, TaxPrep, or similar accounting software is preferred. Proven ability to manage review engagements and meet deadlines.
