About the Role The Growth team at Botpress is seeking a Software Developer with a knack for swift, practical development and a passion for experimentation. The ideal candidate focuses on solving problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is adaptable. With a builder’s mindset and a hacker’s agility, you will contribute to the growth of our AI automation platform’s user base, ensuring our products are not only innovative but also solve real business problems. We build to expand market segments. Botpress is open to sponsoring visas for US and Mexican nationals to join us in Canada. Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer-impacting features or integrations using React & Node.js (TypeScript) Hop on calls with people to understand their issues and come up with solutions Implement and oversee tracking and analytics within the main product to monitor and analyze success metrics Uphold code quality and ensure continuous improvement through reviews and testing Produce educational content for our users, written and video (approximately 15% of the time) Requirements A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development or programming in a similar environment. Our go-to stack is TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS. We encourage candidates to apply even if you only have experience with a portion of our stack.
