Senior Software Developer at Intelcom | Dragonfly – Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. Salary: CA$120,000.00-CA$140,000.00. This mid‑senior level, full‑time role is in Engineering and Information Technology, within Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage. Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will assist and participate in the development and improvement of our software platforms. You will work closely with various software development squads and stakeholders, contributing to enhancing system functionality and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about software development who is eager to make a significant impact. Responsibilities Lead and contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions. Write high‑quality code and resolve technical issues. Develop innovative, scalable, secure, and fault‑tolerant software solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure system functionality and efficiency. Ensure software quality by adherence to standards and best practices. Promote best practices and mentor developers. Provide on‑call support as needed to ensure system availability and performance. On‑call duties are compensated separately from the base salary. Other duties as assigned, related to system integration and software development. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in software development and systems integration. Extensive experience in either C#, Python, Java, C++, or other modern programming languages. A thorough understanding of cloud architecture and data structures. Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS. Detail‑oriented and security‑oriented work style. Logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem‑solving.
