Lead complex cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs Develop roadmaps, execution plans, timelines, budgets, and dependency tracking Establish governance and executive-ready stakeholder communications Identify risks and drive data-backed issue resolution Manage process and product changes through adoption and measurement Requirements:
Seven or more years in program management or product operations Experience working across Product, Engineering, and Operations Ability to define operational readiness strategies and execution plans Data-driven approach to measurable business outcomes Experience in complex, regulated environments Bring program leadership, operational readiness, and cross-functional execution to affirm’s high-quality servicing experiences at scale.
