Lead operations enablement at affirm by connecting program management, operational readiness, and scalable servicing capabilities across teams.
As a senior Operations Enablement leader, you will guide complex initiatives supporting fast, accurate, compliant servicing experiences. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors. Your work will translate strategy, products, policies, and business requirements into measurable operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs
- Develop roadmaps, execution plans, timelines, budgets, and dependency tracking
- Establish governance and executive-ready stakeholder communications
- Identify risks and drive data-backed issue resolution
- Manage process and product changes through adoption and measurement
Requirements:
- Seven or more years in program management or product operations
- Experience working across Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Ability to define operational readiness strategies and execution plans
- Data-driven approach to measurable business outcomes
- Experience in complex, regulated environments
