We are expanding our reach within the architectural and design communities in Toronto and are looking for a motivated A&D Representative to help us grow our presence and influence.Position: A&D RepresentativeYour Role:As an A&D Representative for Grandeur Flooring, you will be the primary liaison between our company and the architecture and design communities in Toronto. Your responsibilities will include:Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers, understanding their needs and providing tailored flooring solutions.Presenting our product lines in compelling ways, emphasizing design, functionality, and sustainability.Organizing and participating in events, workshops, and presentations to promote Grandeur Flooring within the A&D community.Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance our brand visibility and product specification rates.Staying informed about industry trends, design innovations, and sustainability practices to serve as a knowledgeable resource to our clients.What We Look For:A passion for design and architecture, with a keen eye for trends and a deep understanding of the design process.Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the flooring, design, or architectural industry.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.A bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Willingness to travel within the Greater Toronto Area and occasionally beyond.Be part of a company that values innovation, design, and sustainability.Competitive salary with bonus structure.Opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive team environment.Engage with a creative and passionate community of architects and designers.Flexible working conditions to balance your career and personal life.Take the Next Step in Your Career:If you’re excited about the opportunity to influence the future of design and architecture through innovative flooring solutions, we’d love to meet you.
