Manager, FP&A - Growth Portfolio Questrade Financial Group (QFG) invites applications for the Manager, FP&A – Growth Portfolio role. The incumbent reports to the Senior Manager, Forecasting and supports the Growth Portfolio team with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting. Responsibilities Prepare business cases to assess financial decisions using statistical, driver‑based, scenario analysis and valuation methods. Develop and maintain robust forecast and budgeting models to support recurring and ad‑hoc FP&A processes. Provide monthly and quarterly management reports to business leaders to track performance of business cases and operational results against budget. Develop and present slide decks to business and finance leaders for communication of analysis, budgets, forecasts and financial results. Partner with Growth Portfolio, Strategy and other cross‑functional teams to gather inputs for business cases and financial models. Pursue continuous improvement in FP&A processes. Lead and assist with ad‑hoc special projects within the FP&A team as they arise. Qualifications Post‑secondary degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA or CFA designation (or working toward one). 5+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance experience. Expertise in developing sophisticated financial models to assess feasibility of business decisions. Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and manage conflicting demands. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of leadership. Proactive, results‑driven mindset. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Additional Kudos Experience in the financial / investment industry. Experience with NetSuite, Oracle EPBCS, and Google Suite.
