Ensure accurate CI identification, classification, and relationship mapping. Troubleshoot Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and integration issues. Support CMDB governance, data quality improvements, and reconciliation. Work with stakeholders to understand infrastructure components and service dependencies. Implement updates, enhancements, and fixes following best practices. Develop and maintain technical documentation and configuration standards. Must‑Haves 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically CMDB and Discovery. Strong understanding of CIs, relationships, infrastructure components, and Discovery architecture. Hands‑on experience with Discovery probes, sensors, patterns, and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of ITSM processes and service dependencies. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to be onsite every Monday and 2nd Friday of each month.
