This role blends project management, customer success, and strategic thinking—perfect for someone who loves making things happen and enjoys the fast pace of working with innovative, high-growth businesses.What You'll Be DoingServe as the project or program point of contact and strategic advisor for key client relationshipsOwn the success of engagements by aligning client goals with solution delivery outcomesDrive long-term client value and satisfaction across Salesforce initiativesCollaborate with internal delivery leads to ensure solutions are on track and aligned to strategyAnticipate and mitigate risks that could impact client satisfaction or account growthIdentify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accountsShape and guide change management and user adoption strategiesRepresent Orion's values and capabilities in key moments that matter—internally and externallySupport pre-sales strategy and scoping conversations to define meaningful business outcomesTravel as needed for workshops, key milestones, and account developmentWhat You BringYou're a natural collaborator, problem-solver, and relationship-builder.
