Résumé du poste : En tant que Human Resources Business Partner pour Unicel, vous soutiendrez l’organisation afin de favoriser le développement et l’engagement du personnel de production et de bureau pour les sites Unicel de Montréal. Vos responsabilités : Travailler avec les équipes pour développer de manière proactive des solutions favorisant des relations de travail positives au sein de l’unité d’affaires. Gérer les processus liés aux politiques RH. Apporter un soutien RH-BP aux employés pour les questions et problèmes, y compris les préoccupations en matière de relations de travail et les enquêtes. Soutenir les stratégies d’engagement ainsi que le coaching des employés et des leaders. Créer et maintenir des rapports et tableaux de bord pour les groupes clients (Workday, Strengths Finder et enquêtes d’engagement). Gérer les communications et les rapports pour assurer l’exécution en temps voulu des processus RH essentiels tels que la gestion de la performance, la planification annuelle de la rémunération et l’enquête d’engagement des employés. Apporter un soutien aux processus de gestion des talents (planification de la relève, feuilles de route de croissance, profils de postes critiques, etc.). Fournir un soutien au recrutement des postes exemptés. Aider l’équipe opérations pour le recrutement horaire. Gérer le programme de congés et les autorisations de travail pour le site. Collaborer avec l’équipe de rémunération pour les analyses de marché salarial au besoin. Soutenir les programmes de talents tels que les stages, les coopérations et autres programmes pour jeunes talents. Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration des processus RH. Soutenir l’intégration culturelle réussie de l’activité Unicel au sein de la maison mère Allegion. Rechercher des projets additionnels pour soutenir l’entreprise au besoin. Profil recherché : Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en ressources humaines générales : relations de travail, acquisition et gestion des talents, gestion du changement, rémunération, avantages sociaux, ainsi qu’une bonne connaissance du droit du travail local et fédéral. Bilingue français et anglais. Solide connaissance du droit du travail et des politiques du Canada et du Québec. Expérience en milieu syndiqué. Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles/du travail, gestion, psychologie, finance, commerce ou dans un domaine connexe. Excellentes compétences technologiques, y compris expérience d’un SIRH (Workday préféré) et maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). What You Will Do (English) : Work with team to proactively develop solutions to support positive labor relations within the business unit and to establish and maintain productive internal and external working relationships. Manage processes related to HR policies. Provide HRBP support to employees for issues and questions, including employee relations concerns and investigations. Support engagement strategies as well as employee and leader coaching. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support client groups (Workday, Strengths Finder, and engagement) -- this includes data integrity. Manage communications and reporting to ensure timely completion of core HR processes such as performance management, annual compensation planning, and employee engagement survey. Provide support for Talent Management processes (Succession Planning, Growth Roadmaps, Critical Role Profiles, etc.). Provide Talent Acquisition support for Exempt recruitment. Assist operations team with hourly recruitment. Manage leave of absence program and work authorization for the site. Partner with the Compensation for salary market analysis as needed. Support talent programs such as internships, co‑ops, and other early career talent programs. Identify opportunities for HR Process improvements. Support successful cultural integration of Unicel business to parent company Allegion. Additional projects to support the business as needed. What You Need to Succeed (English) : 5+ years of experience in general Human Resources: labor relations, talent acquisition and management, change management, compensation, benefits, local and federal law knowledge. Fluent in French and English. Strong knowledge of Canadian and Quebec employment law and policies. Experience working in a unionized environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, Finance, Business, or other related degree. Strong technological skills, including HRIS experience (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in creating dashboards and analyzing data reports. Compensation (English) : The expected Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Bonus Eligible: 10%.
