Role Description We are seeking a highly collaborative, customer‑obsessed Senior Product Manager to help shape and deliver product experiences across our multi‑portfolio ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, content, and go‑to‑market teams to build engaging, impactful features that drive measurable behavioral and business outcomes. This role is perfect for a PM who is energized by discovery, passionate about mental health and learning, and motivated by delivering value to diverse user groups—from enterprise HR leaders to coaches, educators, and learners of all ages. What You’ll Do Contribute to the development and maintenance of product roadmaps across multiple portfolios which may include Workplace, Sport, School, and Youth. Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and success metrics. Support prioritization through data analysis, customer insights, and cross‑functional collaboration. Customer‑Centric Discovery Conduct customer interviews, user testing, and ongoing discovery to deeply understand learner needs and organizational challenges. Work directly with end users, user proxies, and customer stakeholders to validate concepts and identify opportunities. Synthesize insights into clear problem statements and product recommendations. KPI Ownership & Data‑Driven Decision‑Making Translate strategy into portfolio‑ and feature‑level KPIs and track performance against them. Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure proper instrumentation of product experiences. Analyze funnels, cohorts, usage patterns, and learner sentiment to uncover insights and inform iteration. Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product releases and shape future improvements. Execution & Delivery Collaborate with engineering, design, and content teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable features. Ensure clarity of requirements, alignment on outcomes, and smooth execution during development cycles. Participate in QA and release activities to ensure exceptional product quality. AI & Technical Collaboration Work with engineering and data science teams to identify responsible AI opportunities that enhance personalization, efficiency, and learner engagement. Contribute to discussions about feasibility, user value, and the ethical use of AI within the product. GTM & Commercial Alignment Support Go‑To‑Market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) through ongoing product training and enablement. Provide clear product documentation, feature updates, and value narratives to support customer‑facing conversations. Maintain structured, bi‑directional feedback loops with GTM teams to capture field insights and bring voice‑of‑customer into roadmap planning. Qualifications Required 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with a preference for experience in learning/behavioral science–related products. Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing user behaviour, funnels, cohorts, and product performance. Demonstrated success conducting customer discovery and building products informed by user insights. Experience partnering with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver high‑quality features. Strong communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally. Curiosity, empathy, and a passion for improving mental health and the learner experience. Nice To Have Experience in HR tech, EdTech, sport, youth development, or mental health. Exposure to AI‑enabled product features or personalization. Familiarity with psychological health and safety standards. Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or behavioural design.
