This individual will review, negotiate, approve, recommend, or decline secured and unsecured mortgage applications within established guidelines and lending authority, exercise adjudication experience to assess complex credit applications and make sound lending decisions. They will also gather and critically evaluate property‑specific third‑party due diligence reports.
