In this role, you will translate marketing objectives into program design, lead relationships with external client stakeholders and internal agency teams, and help bring marketing strategies to life. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast, flexible environment, works well under pressure, and excels at turning data into actionable insight. This is a strategic, rather than creative, campaign and brand strategy role.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of program‑level strategies and plans for marketing initiatives including lifecycle marketing, demand generation, customer journey maps, and content strategies.Conduct research such as competitive messaging and product feature content.Audit current program and campaign‑level content strategies and offer recommendations for updating in‑market assets.Apply best practices and identify opportunities for improvement in marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Help create messaging frameworks, positioning, and propagate that messaging through various marketing channels such as digital, events, or physical collateral.Develop test plan designs, analyze test read‑outs, and recommend email template updates.Identify opportunities and clearly communicate strategic recommendations internally and to the client.Distill insights into concise, easy‑to‑understand language that inspires conceptual creative development.Write program and campaign briefs for creative and technical teams.QualificationsBA/BS/MA degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Agency experience is a must; tech experience preferred.4+ years of marketing experience.Experience with SMB and Enterprise; B2B marketing is a big plus.Passion for the education arena will be a plus.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, continually‑evolving environment.Team player with a positive attitude and resilience.Salary Range: $90,000–$105,000 CADAbout MonksMonks is a global, purely digital marketing and technology agency that partners with trailblazing companies worldwide.
