Your Tasks: Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Lift up to 50 lbs. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles. Participate in regular housekeeping activities to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace. Ensure proper disposal of waste materials by transporting them to designated waste disposal sites. Quality: Ensure consistent and reliable processes by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines. Report any quality issues or defects to the supervisor immediately. Record (foresight, SAP, traveler … etc) production activities (std. and actual hrs., production#, unit# etc.) accurately as per company’s requirements. Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive upkeeps (including cleaning) and inspections of dept. equipment to ensure proper functionality. Report any equipment malfunctions or needed repairs to the supervisor immediately. Ensure proper tools management (storage, maintenance, etc.). Maintain an accurate inventory of tools. Specific Responsibilities: Set‑up (fiberglass reels, pay offs, etc.) and rove various other types of coils and fiberglass pedestals across all manufacturing lines Sethatch and Install ties. Roving over windings consisting of small diameter wire unilay, conform rod, FTC, transposed etc. conductor. Handling duct sticks: identifying, dimensions check, movement. Install duct sticks. Install heat shrink tubing on leads. Maintain close communication with crane operators for priority alignment. Apply compound or other required chemicals to gaps and openings at ties, cable termination points, taps while products have been staged for oven. Support winder with winding of various coils (2nd/3rd boom support, end ring support etc.) Use measuring equipment, hand tools, air tools and power tools. Check and read drawings, blueprints and other manufacturing documents. Replenish material as needed for continuous production. Report material shortage to Supervisor immediately. Monitor assigned production orders and make machine/workflow adjustments to maintain efficiency. Operate scissor lift and work at heights. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or his designate. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. An outstanding safety and quality conscious approach while performing work duties. Excellent attendance. Proficient in English with demonstrated fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
