Salary Compensation: $75k – $100k Responsibilities Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts, while also prospecting and building business with new accounts. Demonstrate outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through face‑to‑face sales calls. Implement and manage pricing strategies within all accounts. Work with manufacturers’ representatives to sell promoted and strategic items. Attend sales meetings and meet with sales manager on a regular basis. Manage accounts receivables successfully. Grow territory with topline and bottom line results. Communicate and cooperate in a productive manner with all departments. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Professional Selling, Marketing or Business a plus. Previous selling experience in a paper, packaging, janitorial/sanitation or food service distribution industry preferred. Must have 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience. Requires outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers, and outside parties. Face‑to‑face customer selling and relationship building. Be a resident in the BC region. Fully functional job requires use of personal vehicle and ability to travel where needed in the territory. Required to work independently, with minimal supervision. The position requires outstanding analytical, organizational and oral/written communication skills. Must be able to utilize acceptable mathematical skills. Demonstrate a friendly and professional appearance. Self‑starter who takes initiative and maintains excellent follow‑through and follow‑up. Strong organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Requires ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
