OverviewJoin to apply for the Senior Real Estate / Commercial Lawyer role at K-NEK-TER.This is a full-time position with a stimulating environment, exceptional support and mentoring, and concrete career advancement opportunities within a Real Estate Law Group that handles complex real estate transactions.ResponsibilitiesRepresent the interests of financial institutions, real estate investors, lenders, and real estate developers.Prepare real estate partnerships and financing arrangements and coordinate the development of real estate projects.Participate in negotiations related to purchase offers, real estate leasing, development agreements, and construction contracts, while maintaining direct contact with clients.Demonstrate strong drafting skills in addition to negotiation abilities.Incorporate companies, prepare corporate documents related to financing, and draft shareholder or limited partnership agreements.Required Skills and QualificationsMember of the Quebec BarBilingual in French and English, both spoken and writtenMinimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in real estateAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; rigorSense of initiative, organization, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and autonomyTeam spiritIntellectual curiosityBenefitsPleasant, stimulating, and friendly work environmentHybrid work (3 days remote/2 days in person)Flexible work scheduleJob DetailsThis is a full-time position.
