Branch Care Coordinator – Air Liquide Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada seeks a highly energetic and motivated Branch Care Coordinator in St. Albert, AB to provide front‑facing customer support for PAP therapy and related therapeutics and diagnostics. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and helpful support to customers, including general information and directing telephone and walk‑in inquiries to appropriate staff. Give information and educational material to prospective clients. Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory for the branch. Create walk‑in appointments for therapeutics and diagnostics and enter them into the electronic scheduling system, including follow‑ups. Answer questions for clients regarding funding programs and insurance requirements. Maintain client confidence, privacy and confidentiality of company operations. Work both independently and within a team to fulfill customer support duties and assist healthcare professionals with administrative functions. Support co‑workers and other departments by adhering to all financial operations processes. Adhere to infection control policies and protocols, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment. Promote a safe work environment by following safety rules, encouraging others, and reporting unsafe occurrences or practices. Pursue continuous improvement of branch operations by understanding processes, workflow and participating in quality improvement activities. Assist in the management of equipment, including warranty, maintenance and repair for internal assets as well as customer‑owned medical devices and other products. Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Office Administration or a Call Centre. Remain calm and professional under stressful situations. Superior organizational and customer service skills. Experience with insurance providers is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications. High school completion. Post‑secondary education in Administration, Medical Office Assistant program or related discipline is highly desirable.
