You’ll collaborate with architects, business analysts, and delivery managers under the leadership of the ServiceNow Development Director. No egos, just smart people solving complex problems together, alongside QA and change management teams whose mission is to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. WHAT TO EXPECT Your day to day will look like this: Participate in grooming sessions to clarify requirements and document technical solutions. Estimate development effort and contribute to sprint planning. Develop, configure, and code following best practices, then perform unit tests and code reviews. Collaborate with QA to resolve defects and ensure quality. Deploy updates and manage ServiceNow applications. THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don’t meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we’re looking for potential first. Minimum 3 years of IT experience, including 2 years on ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, AppEngine). Strong skills in JavaScript, Angular, SOAP/REST, XML/HTML/CSS, and familiarity with ServiceNow portals and Agile/Scrum practices. Problem-solving ability, teamwork skills, and excellent written and spoken French. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, MC) and ITIL certification are assets, as well as experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, and CSS. Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL practices (asset).
