We are currently recruiting for Auto Claims Adjusters to join our WorkForce Advantage team in Canada.The successful candidate will investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle auto claims by telephone and correspondence. The candidate has the ability to work effectively with insureds, adjusters, clients and more. The candidate will provide excellent customer service and ensure accurate recording, reporting, and presentation of files.As part of the Workforce Advantage team, you would be on our roster to be contacted and placed on a contract with our clients based on availability and fit.You would be an employee of Crawford & Co. but would be working at other insurance company offices/sites (remotely).The role would be a contract position typically 3-12 months in length with the possibility of the contract being extended or being offered a permanent position with the client in the end.ResponsibilitiesInvestigation, collection, and analysis of claims informationAccurate recording, reporting and presentation of filesExamines policies and settles claims while maintaining claims and by provincial licensing regulationsMaintenance of accurate billing, and time and expense recordsWork with managers to maintain client relationsQualifications4 years of technical experience in an insurance claims environment, knowledge of commercial lines will be considered an assetPost-secondary education in an insurance related field working towards full license and CIP designationMust be able to obtain an Ontario Adjusters LicenceAbility to conduct telephone investigations, evaluate, negotiate and settle first and third party commercial lines claimsAdvanced computer skills including Office 365Must be a team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer serviceJob InfoJob Identification 2139Job Category ProfessionalPosting Date 05/21/2025, 07:19 PMJob Schedule Full timeLocations 2300 University Ave. E., Suite 200, Waterloo, ON, N2K 0A2, CA #J-18808-Ljbffr
