Webisoft is a premier development lab and venture studio specializing in cutting-edge technologies. We are looking for an ERP Business Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in the analysis and delivery of ERP implementation projects.
This role sits at the intersection of business operations, ERP systems, and project execution . You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and implementation partners to understand business needs, translate them into ERP requirements, and support successful project delivery.

This role is ideal for someone with a business background who understands operations, is comfortable with technology, and wants to grow into ERP project leadership.

Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field .
~1–2 years of experience in business operations, process analysis, or a technology-adjacent role .
~ Exposure to ERP systems (implementation, configuration, support, or operations), or strong interest in ERP solutions.
~ Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements .
~ Ability to translate business needs into functional ERP requirements and workflows.
~ Strong communication skills, comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders .
~ Basic understanding of project management concepts, timelines, and delivery processes.
~ 6+ months of experience supporting ERP or software implementation projects .
~ Familiarity with common ERP platforms (NetSuite, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
~ Understanding of supply chain, finance, accounting, inventory, or operations workflows.
~ Bilingual in English and French .
~ Ability to work from the office (downtown Montreal).


Work with clients and internal teams to analyze business processes and identify ERP requirements.
Gather, document, and validate functional requirements for ERP implementations.
Support ERP project delivery by assisting with scope definition, planning, and coordination .
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical/implementation teams.
Participate in solution design discussions to ensure ERP configurations align with business needs.
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and client training materials.
