What You’ll Do You’ll work with new and existing business clients to: Prospect for new business through outbound calling and local outreach Build long‑term relationships and uncover new sales opportunities Lead discovery meetings to understand clients’ goals Pitch radio and digital advertising campaigns that help them grow Coordinate with our support teams to deliver on your clients’ orders Monitor campaign success and provide regular progress updates Use tools and sales planning systems to hit your targets We’d Love to Meet You If You’re curious, coachable, and hungry to grow You enjoy meeting new people and building meaningful connections You’re proactive—you see opportunity and take action You’re a team player who loves collaboration Sales or customer service experience is an asset—but not required Why Join Golden West?
