S3 fosters a respectful, teamwork environment where ideas are valued and everyone contributes with significance.EDUCATION, SKILLS, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCEWorking on or completion of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline or an equivalent combination of related experience and education1 year of accounting experience in an accounting or financial management roleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsImpeccable analytical and organizational skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to ask critical questions, verify data, and follow instructionsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including in Word, Excel and OutlookPreference will be given to a candidate that has experience with QuickBooks/accounting software, and MRP or ERP systemsKey Responsibilities:Assist with the preparation, analysis and verification of accounting records, financial statements and reportsAssist divisions with the completion of their roles and responsibilities relating to financePerform monthly General Ledger reconciliationsProcess AP & AR in an accurate and timely mannerEnsure that all transactions are kept current, recorded accurately, and processed efficientlyProvide Payroll back upComplete data mining & analysisRecord and process employee expense reports and reconcile credit card statementsPerform various administrative duties and other tasks as assignedPlease apply with a cover letter & resume #J-18808-Ljbffr
